This place is a refreshing restaurant that rarely comes around these days. Friendly staff (her daughters) and great food starts the experience. The decor outside (old massage palour neighbouring next door) is juxtaposed by the nice personalized interior of Frannie's restaurant. The owner came over and had a pleasant conversation and even gave a free cookie (not a gimmick cookie, but because she cared). It was packed the day I went. They also have in-house bakery with amazing looking desserts.

Been here many times and I love it. Love the food, servers and Atmosphere, all 5 Star. So gave them a call to see if there doing takeout during all this pandemic craziness. YES they are!!I just ordered and picked up a strawberry cheesecake!! OMGFelt bad saying this is the best cheesecake I have ever had in my life in front of my mom although she agreed!! No bake shop in Kitchener touches this recipe. I’ve ordered from most. So not just your secret breakfast place any longer. Thanks Frannie!!

I love when you’re served by the owner and you can tell how much they care about their business. We would come here again! Menu is all about fresh, high quality, and whole ingredients and both our meals were amazing!

Its a little pricey, but the baked pies are delicious! The service is ok, but it's frustrating when servers pass you 3 or 4 times before anyone acknowledges your existence. The food is good and they bake their own delicious bread!
