Does Frannies serve alcohol at dinner. What is the cost of the special Valentine's dinner and is it offered on Valentine's Day?

They are licensed, they have a Four course menu for Valentine's, but it's available on the 16th, reservations are required

Yes a very good restaurant in between Kitchener and Guelph. Casual and worth going back.
